This cottage is suitable for the disabled with easy access for a wheelchair. There is a ramp to the patio area and a double bedroom and shower bathroom on the ground floor.

Holly has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 people in two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is a second bathroom upstairs with a bath. There is an open plan living / dining room with the patio door leading to the verandah, patio and barbecue.

Primrose, Honeysuckle and Holly are all very spacious cottages built from the original barn, they have wooden floors, open wooden stairs and beams. The cottages are south facing and all have the same glorious view of the lake and mature woodland.

This cottage is in the centre of the converted barn, with a similar layout to Holly cottage. There are 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. Honeysuckle has a double bedroom downstairs and a double and twin rooms upstairs. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a bath .

This cosy cottage has easy access up two shallow steps and is all on one level. It has 3 bedrooms, and accommodates up to 6 people in two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, with a shower bathroom.
There is an open plan lounge/ dining room with a beamed ceiling and well equipped kitchen with gas cooker and microwave. Courtyard Cottage's sheltered patio is an integral part of our beautiful water gardens with fountains and flowering shrubs.

Wild Rose Cottage is adjoining the house and can accommodate up to 4 people in one double bedroom and a twin bedroom. This pretty cottage is all on one level and has fairly easy access down two steps.

The cottage has an open plan lounge /dining room leading into a well equipped kitchen area. The patio door leads to a small garden with patio furniture and barbecue. There is a shower bathroom.

Wild Rose cottage is light and airy and has lovely views over the gardens and paddock.

Bella's cottage is adjoining the house and situated at the end of the courtyard. The gallery bedroom has lovely views over the water garden. This cottage sleeps 2 in a double gallery bedroom. It has a bathroom (shower), open plan lounge / kitchen /dining room and is furnished in natural pine. The patio door leads to a small private garden with mature shrubs.

These three one bedroom cottages are in a row with pretty patio areas. The bedrooms look out onto the water garden. They are all very similar in size, with spacious living / dining rooms and beamed ceilings
