The Lakes:

A Carp lake lies 70 yards from the cottages with woodland around two sides affording a sheltered environment for fishing and an idyllic view (Kitchen lake). A few yards on three lakes take up an area of seven acres and are surrounded by lovely mature woodland. One Carp lake, one Tench and one of mixed species. The delightful lodges overlook these lakes in a quiet woodland setting.

Two new lakes have recently been created in October 2006 and opened March 2008. They are stocked with Carp, from around 2lb up to around 14lb and Tench in the second lake. These new lakes have islands, ledges, shallow and deep areas to add interest for the fish and the fisherman.
