The tench lake is situated in front of the smaller lodges and is easily accessible with mown grass paths around the edge.

The lake is very well stocked with tench up to 7.25 lbs. and will give any fisherman hours of fun with plenty of catches. The lake extends to around threequarters of an acre with varying depths and an island.

One side of the lake backs onto woodland with trees and water plants around the edges.
